Madison McAleer was born in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada and now resides in Montreal, Canada. Her first role was playing the younger version of Stacey Farber in the television series 18 to Life. Her most notable role to date as Young Allegra in the popular Lifetime Television Movie ‘House of Versace’ came along two years later. This dramatic portrayal of Donatella Versace’s Italian daughter, opposite Gina Gershon, Enrico Colantoni and Colm Feore, would lead to her Joey Award Win and Young Artist Award nomination for Best Supporting Actress in a TV Movie (2014). One of Madison’s favorite roles was the lead in the short film W-A-L-K, directed by Anna Sikorski. Her work on this coming of age film, as goth girl Clara, led to her Joey Award Win (2015) for Best Actress in a Short Film.
Although Madison has a mix of Irish, Scottish, Scandinavian and Western European ancestry, she has the ability to morph into different ethnic characters. Before the age of 12 she had already worked in roles requiring European accents including Ancient Greek (Immortals 2011), and Italian (House of Versace 2013). She is trilingual in French, English, and Spanish.
Madison enjoys portraying different characters in multiple genres including horror, comedy, drama, and fantasy. While continuing to audition and model Madison is a student and in her free time she works in the fashion industry and tutors other students.
