Randy Thomas

Randy is from the small Canadian province of New Brunswick. He currently resides in downtown Toronto. What most producers do not know is that Randy works in both English and French.

He recently completed a Supporting Role in “The Matchmaker Mysteries ~ A Killer Engagement” (2019) starring Danica McKellar and Victor Webster. Other recent significant roles include: ~ “The Wedding Planners” (2020) starring Michelle Nolden and Kimberley-Sue Murray. ~ “Christmas in Paris” (2019) starring Daphne Zuniga, Karl E. Landler and Rebecca Dalton. ~ “Utopia Falls” (2019) starring Humberley González and Snoop Dogg. ~ “The Truth about the Harry Quebert Affair” (2019) starring Patrick Dempsey, Ben Schnetzer, Colm Feore and Damon Wayans JR.

One of Randy’s most recognizable roles was in the Netflix series “21 Thunder” (2017) as the Coach Mike Shields. Randy has a very athletic history and so he loved this role because he was a semi-pro soccer player during his youth. Hockey was also a sport Randy loved and played competitively which he also got to realize a childhood dream by reprising the role of Toe Blake in the docu-drama box office hit “The Rocket” (2005) which was based on the historical events of Randy’s favorite team the Montreal Canadians.

Randy’s humility makes him a pleasure to work with. I hear him state frequently: “Sometimes I am the star, sometimes I am a team player. Either way, every day on set is a great day!”

Randy idolizes actors like Morgan Freeman and Harrison Ford who experienced the majority of their success as middle aged actors.
